Non-military Prospective Members: if you DO NOT have a military ID or CAC card that enables you to enter Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, you MUST APPLY for a DBIDS card. Please note that it may take as long as three weeks for the Base to process your DBIDS card.

Limited Membership (Out of Area) - 1 Year - $25.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 2 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Limited-Regular Membership shall be available, at reduced dues, to persons otherwise eligible for full-regular membership, but residing more than 100 miles from the Pentagon.
